Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We ship via Royal Mail for smaller parcels and ParcelForce for larger orders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. We do what we can to keep shipping rates as low as possible.
- If you are ordering in a particularly large quantity (5000+), please contact us first as we may be able to ship via an alternate service at lower cost.
- Delivery to any trade show we are present at can be arranged with sufficient notice. Please contact us to discuss your requirements further!
Delivery Times
UK delivery: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
International delivery: not currently available.
Restrictions
Due to legal restrictions, we only ship within the UK. Orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain products (e.g. live ammunition or custom orders) cannot be returned for safety or legal reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
